I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your Love on a Wedding Canvas

Immortalize your wedding day with a portrait that draws from the elegance of your most cherished moments. Imagine the soft hues of golden sunsets enveloping you and your partner in timeless brushstrokes.

This isn't just a picture—it's an artwork crafted to capture that unique spark between you, set against a backdrop of blooming flowers and refined fabrics to mirror your special day.

TL;DR: A personalized wedding portrait that turns your favorite photo into a romantic canvas, perfect for newlyweds or anniversaries.

Who Should Choose This Wedding Portrait?

This portrait shines brightest for newlyweds looking to commemorate their union with art. It's also perfect for couples celebrating major anniversaries. But honestly, if you prefer a more modern photography-based display, this isn't your vibe.

How Is Your Wedding Portrait Crafted?

Each portrait begins with your photo, seamlessly transformed by AI face-swap technology into romantic art. Our seasoned artists then refine every detail, ensuring each piece resonates with genuine emotion. Interestingly, we discard about 1 in 12 face-swaps because the expressions don't quite match the romance we're aiming for.

What Sets This Wedding Canvas Apart?

In contrast to generic wedding photo prints, our canvases are one-of-a-kind. The romantic flair infused in each piece, combined with our limited-time theme retirements, ensures your artwork remains rare and personal.
