It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

For those who cherish the unique quirks and antics of their pets, this canvas is a splash of color that immortalizes them in a vibrant, whimsical world.

TL;DR: Transform your dog's photo into a whimsical watercolor masterpiece, perfect for dog lovers seeking vibrant and artistic home decor.

Is Your Dog Ready for Their Close-Up in Watercolors?

This portrait is perfect for dog owners who love showcasing the unique personality of their pets. Ideal for homes where every corner celebrates canine companions, it's also a wonderful gift for new pet parents. However, if you're looking for a serious, conventional portrait, this playful style may not be for you.

How Does Our Watercolor Magic Happen?

We begin with your uploaded photo and use an AI to create a watercolor rendition. Our artists then refine these drafts by adding playful, flowing colors and soft details, ensuring each portrait radiates personality. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 initial versions don't make the cut, as we strive for perfection in capturing those unique pet expressions.

Why Our Pet Watercolor Stands Apart?

Unlike mass-produced prints, each portrait we create is custom-tailored to your pet, making it one-of-a-kind. We refresh our themes regularly, ensuring your art is unique and inimitable, much like your beloved pet.
