It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into Her Serene Victorian Garden

Imagine your loved one enveloped in the charm of a serene Victorian garden, complete with a graceful hat and flowing dress. Rich in historical elegance, this canvas captures the romantic charm of the era against a backdrop of blooming flowers.

Unlike a simple photo, this portrait turns moments into timeless memories, making it ideal for those with a penchant for historical beauty and elegant, vintage aesthetics.

TL;DR: This is the perfect gift for women who adore history and vintage aesthetics. Transform her image into a serene Victorian garden scene that exudes timeless elegance.

Is a Victorian Portrait Right for Her?

Ideal for moms or grandmothers who cherish Victorian styles and vintage aesthetics. If she's a Jane Austen fan, even better. Not for someone seeking a modern, minimalist look.

Crafting Her Victorian Legacy

Each portrait begins with your photo, processed through AI for initial transformation, refined by our artists for authenticity, and printed on museum-grade canvas. Our head of production, Maya Chen, notes that 1 in 12 designs are discarded for quality assurance.

Why This Isn't Just Another Canvas Print

Unlike generic canvas prints, this exclusive piece is customized to include classic Victorian elements unique to her portrait. Once a theme is set, it's retired after six months, ensuring her canvas remains a rare piece.
