Canvas prints ship in protective cardboard tubes or rigid flat-pack boxes depending on size — we switched to flat-pack for anything 16×20" and above in March 2025 after too many rolled-canvas complaints (they were showing edge curl on arrival). US orders arrive in 5-7 business days; EU orders run 7-14 days, occasionally nudging toward the longer end during peak season in November and December. If you're ordering for a specific date, add three days of buffer. We have a 60-day satisfaction policy: if the likeness is off, the print is damaged, or you're just not happy with it, contact us and we'll reprint or refund — no form, no hoops. To care for the canvas, keep it out of direct sunlight and wipe dust with a dry microfiber cloth. Don't use any spray cleaners near the edges where the canvas meets the frame.
