It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Pets Into Party Guests

Bring your pets into a fantasy world where they are the stars of the show! Imagine them dressed to impress, mingling at a cocktail party in an elegant setting. This playful extravaganza is perfect for pet parents who see their furry friends as more than just pets — they are true personalities, captured in vivid detail on a museum-quality canvas.

The whimsical theme taps into a dreamy color palette, complete with delicate details like shiny drink glasses and dapper attire. It's a great fit for anyone ready to immortalize those hilarious, candid moments with their beloved companions.

TL;DR: Perfect for pet-loving couples who want a unique tribute to their furry companions, this whimsical canvas places your pets in a fantasy scene, dressed up for a cocktail soirée.

Which pet parents will love this fanciful portrait theme?

This whimsical portrait suits couples who consider their pets integral family members — especially those who love fantasy themes and want to showcase their pets in a whimsical, exaggerated style. It's less suited for those seeking serious, traditional pet portraits without themed elements.

How do we craft your pets' whimsical fantasy adventures?

Upload your pet photos, and we work our magic: AI tech face-swaps your pets into a whimsical cocktail scene, and artists refine every detail — ensuring the personalities shine through. We toss out about 1 in 12 digital drafts to guarantee the completed portrait delights and surprises you.

What sets these imaginative pet portraits apart?

This isn't your average pet portrait. Unlike everyday prints, each is a bespoke one-of-a-kind creation, capturing your pets' unique charm in a fantasy setting. We keep it exclusive by retiring each whimsical theme after a few months, so only your pets will sport those particular cocktail outfits.
