It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Tender Moments with Kids in Floral Bliss

Transport your family photo into a serene garden of memories where mothers and children bask in a sea of soft, pastel florals under a luminous golden sunset. Our custom portraits encapsulate the gentle essence of motherhood through dream-like artistry.

This canvas blends vivid, yet soothing colors and florals, creating a timeless piece that stands as a testament to the tranquil yet profound connection between a mother and her children.

TL;DR: This custom portrait transforms your photo into a serene art piece with kids and flowers, perfect for mothers cherishing family bonds.

Is This Soft Floral Portrait the Right Fit for Your Family?

This is perfect for mothers who find joy in the tender simplicity of family and floral beauty, especially those who treasure artistic keepsakes of their children growing up. It's less ideal for someone seeking bold or abstract art styles that deviate from serene and soft themes.

How Do We Capture the Essence of Motherhood In Your Portrait?

We start by transforming your family photo using advanced AI to establish base imagery. Our artists then step in to refine the details, ensuring each face reflects the gentle warmth of motherhood. Note: roughly 1 in 12 portraits doesn't meet our artistic standards and is remade. Finally, the result is transferred onto a museum-quality canvas, perfect for gift-giving or display.

What Sets Our Mother Portraits Apart from Generic Alternatives?

Unlike generic canvases that replicate art for the masses, our portraits are distinctively yours, offering a personal touch that embodies your family's likeness. Plus, we retire themes bi-annually to maintain exclusivity.
