It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Elegance in Minimalist Outline: A Family's Essence

In the hustle of modern decor trends, a minimalist outline captures more than just faces; it captures feelings. Our serene canvas, with its gentle strokes, brings forth the essence of your family in a delicate balance of simplicity and emotion.

With a subdued palette, this portrait complements any room, infusing a sense of calm and sophistication. Perfect for families who cherish understated elegance and wish to see their story etched in serene artistry.

TL;DR: This minimalist family portrait captures intimate bonds in serene, elegant outlines, perfect for any family seeking a timeless piece of art for their home.

Which families cherish this minimalist touch?

Perfect for parents seeking a calm, sophisticated art piece that celebrates their family. Ideal for multi-generational families looking to capture a legacy moment. Not recommended for those who prefer vivid, detailed artwork over minimalist representations.

How do we craft this minimalist elegance?

Each piece begins with your cherished photo. Our AI skillfully creates a minimalist outline, then our artists refine it to perfection before printing on top-grade museum canvas. We ensure only the best by discarding roughly 1 in 12 creations if the minimalist vision isn't realized.

How is this minimalist portrait a unique gem?

Unlike generic prints, this is a personalized masterpiece. The artwork is uniquely yours, capturing your family's essence with a crisp elegance that typical canvases won't offer. The limited-period theme availability ensures its rarity.
