It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Honor Your Beloved Pet's Gentle Spirit

Envision your cherished pet with soft, billowing angel wings and a radiant halo, a touching tribute to the gentle souls that once filled your home. This theme harnesses the transcendent beauty of the skies, memorializing your four-legged family member in a scene that's as comforting as it is beautiful.

Our heavenly design pairs perfectly with the serene image of your pet resting among the clouds, a custom canvas capturing their essence. Whether a small chihuahua or a grand golden retriever, each portrait serves as a tender reminder of the love they shared and the joy they brought into your life.

TL;DR: Custom memorial portrait featuring your beloved dog with angel wings and halo. Perfect for pet parents grieving their loss, offering a comforting keepsake to honor and celebrate your pet's life and legacy.

Who's ultimately comforted by a memorial portrait?

This portrait deeply resonates with pet parents who've experienced the loss of their canine companion, especially those who find solace in everlasting tributes. It's perfect for individuals who believe their pet is now watching over them from above. However, if you're looking for a portrait to capture playful, living energy, this might not convey that dynamic vibrance.

How do we craft this heartfelt tribute?

We begin with your uploaded photo, running it through an AI face-swap technology to integrate flawlessly with our memorial theme. Our capable artists then refine the portrait, ensuring the wings and halo blend naturally. It's printed on museum-grade canvas to immortalize the memory. We scrap about 1 in 12 drafts when faces don't align well, maintaining our quality promise.

Why is this memorial portrait unlike any other?

Unlike off-the-shelf pet memorials, this portrait offers a bespoke creation, featuring your pet's unique likeness as the centerpiece, set against a carefully curated scene that we retire after a few months to keep it extraordinary. Our meticulous attention to soulful details makes it a heartwarming tribute not found in typical memorial products.
