It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Ascend to Canine Heaven with Custom Portrait

Imagine your loyal Golden Retriever, gently nestled amidst the soft clouds and ethereal light of heaven's gates. This custom portrait artfully captures the serene essence of your furry companion in a timeless tribute.

With each brushstroke, we create a heavenly scene that memorializes your pet's spirit, ready to adorn your home and heart with their enduring legacy.

TL;DR: This custom Golden Retriever memorial portrait is for pet owners who seek a heartfelt tribute to their beloved companions. It's ideal for those who've recently lost their furry friend and wish to honor their memory at heaven's gates.

Is this Memorial Portrait Right For Your Pet?

This portrait is perfect for golden retriever owners who've shared a journey with their pet and now seek a comforting reminder of their time together. It's especially thoughtful for grieving pet parents looking for a tangible expression of their love. However, it may not suit those preferring more abstract or non-representational art styles.

How is This Heavenly Portrait Crafted?

The process starts when you upload a treasured photo of your golden retriever. Our advanced AI seamlessly blends their likeness into a pre-designed heaven gates scene. Maya, our head of production, oversees the final artistic touches, ensuring authenticity that requires about 1 in 12 images to be re-created for alignment precision. The result is printed on museum-quality canvas for a lasting tribute.

How Does This Memorial Canvas Stand Out?

Unlike generic stock canvas prints, this portrait is exclusively dedicated to your pet. Each piece is a handcrafted original with retired themes ensuring your tribute remains unique. The loving detail and personal touch make it a resonant centerpiece in any home paying homage to a beloved pet.
