It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

A Tribute to Medicine's True Guardians

In the world of medicine, heroes wear lab coats, not capes. This portrait transforms your photo into a heroic testament to their unwavering dedication. Picture a scene where stethoscopes and medical charts become badges of honor. Emphasize their bravery and compassion with a backdrop tailored for the modern savior in scrubs.

Whether it’s a bustling ER or a tranquil consult room, the palette is one of calm determination. This bespoke piece speaks to their life-saving sacrifices and the respect they earn daily. Ideal for the relentless healer, the compassionate nurse, or the meticulous surgeon.

TL;DR: Celebrate the dedication of first responders with a custom canvas portrait for healthcare professionals. Ideal for birthdays, graduations, or as a thank-you gift for doctors and medical staff.

Who Thrives in This Portrait's Heroic Hue?

This portrait is tailored for healthcare heroes like doctors, nurses, and EMTs who embody courage and commitment. It's an ideal token for a graduating medical student or a seasoned practitioner receiving recognition. However, it may not suit those who don't resonate with the medical profession or prefer abstract art.

How Do We Craft Your Medical Marvel?

We begin with your uploaded photo, which undergoes an AI-driven transformation, layering in medical elements like a stethoscope and lab coat. Our head of production, Maya, ensures human artists perfect each piece, rejecting 1 in 12 for precision. We print on museum-grade canvas, capturing the art's depth and vibrancy.

What Sets This Heroic Portrait Apart?

Unlike off-the-shelf prints, each portrait is unique to your hero, retiring the theme after six months to maintain its rarity. It's not just any gift – it's a handcrafted spotlight on their medical legacy.
