How it's made

You upload a clear photo — ideally a front-facing shot with decent lighting, though we'll work with what we have. Our system runs a face-detection pass first; if the face doesn't resolve cleanly enough to place, we flag it before anything else happens. Then the image goes into our generation pipeline, where the Festive Elegance scene — the velvet dress, the fur trim, the jewelry, the warm background light — is composed around your specific face. We reject about 1 in 12 outputs at this stage because the face-to-scene lock isn't right: something looks slightly off, the proportions drift, the lighting doesn't match. Whatever passes gets reviewed by a member of our production team before it moves to print. The final file goes to museum-grade canvas printing on 400gsm artist canvas with UV-resistant inks — that's not a marketing line, it's what prevents the piece from fading when it's near a window. US orders ship in 5–7 business days via tracked carrier — most arrive closer to five if you order before noon EST. EU and UK customers should expect 7–14 business days depending on customs; we've seen the occasional 10-day outlier around peak holiday weeks in December, so ordering by early December is the safe move if it's a Christmas gift. The canvas arrives rolled in a protective cardboard tube with end caps; unroll it, let it rest flat for 20 minutes before stretching or framing. For care: wipe dust with a dry microfiber cloth, keep it out of direct afternoon sunlight if you can, and don't spray cleaning products anywhere near it. If you're unhappy with the result for any reason within 60 days of delivery, we'll redo it or refund — no lengthy forms, just reach out to support.
