It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Relive Your College Days in Art

There’s something magical about the days spent on campus, the endless cups of coffee, late-night study sessions, and the first shy smiles exchanged across a crowded lecture hall. Our College Sweethearts Custom Portrait brings those cherished moments back to life, celebrating the roots of your love story.

Drenched in nostalgia, this piece captures you and your loved one against familiar collegiate backgrounds. Whether it's the library steps or the quad where you had your first date, this portrait captures the essence of your shared journey, creating a timeless keepsake for your home.

TL;DR: Capture the beginning of your love story with the College Sweethearts Custom Portrait. Ideal for college couples celebrating anniversaries, Valentine's, or graduation, this canvas immortalizes your cherished campus days.

Which couples will love this college nostalgia?

This portrait is perfect for couples who met in college and want to relive the early days of their journey. If you exchanged first glances across lecture halls, this portrait is your ideal keepsake. However, if your shared stories have nothing to do with academia, this might not hit the mark for you.

How do we create your college portrait?

Simply upload your favorite photo capturing those early days, and we’ll generate a free preview of your artwork for you to review. Once you’re satisfied, proceed to order the format that best suits you. No payment or details are necessary until you've seen and approved the preview.

Why choose this campus portrait over others?

Unlike generic couple portraits, this campus-themed art immerses you and your partner in a world filled with rich memories and familiar settings. The personal touch of academic era settings distinguishes it from any other portrait.
