It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embark on a Coastal Journey of Love

The sea, a lighthouse guiding the way, and your love story immortalized in art. This custom portrait celebrates bonding in a tranquil seaside setting, perfect for couples who find solace and romance by the ocean. Whether it's your anniversary or a heartfelt surprise, this art piece whispers the harmony of waves crashing softly against the shore.

Imagine the warmth of the sun and the gentle ocean breeze as this painting captures you and your loved one beside a majestic lighthouse. The painterly style and visible brushstrokes enhance its timeless feel, ideal for couples who cherish both each other and the natural beauty of coastal life.

TL;DR: This Coastal Lighthouse Custom Portrait is perfect for couples who cherish ocean vibes. Ideal for romantic occasions like anniversaries, it brings a piece of the coast home.

Is a Lighthouse Portrait the Right Gift for You?

This portrait shines for couples celebrating anniversaries, engagements, or Valentine's Day. It's tailored for those who've shared seaside adventures or hold a special connection to the ocean. However, if your love leans towards mountain heights or urban skylines, this might not resonate as deeply.

Creating Your Coastal Memory

Your portrait begins with a photo upload, transformed by our AI into a coastal canvas. We enhance it with artist refinements to capture the perfect seaside essence. Our head, Maya, ensures each piece meets our standards. We reject around 1 in 12 images where the lighthouse vibe fails to lock, maintaining overall quality.

Why Choose Our Coastal Portrait Over Others?

Unlike generic canvases, our portraits are one-of-a-kind, no mass production here. Each scene retires within six months, ensuring your ocean masterpiece remains personal and exclusive. It's the blend of personal touch and artistic charm that sets this lighthouse-themed portrait above the rest.

Häufige Fragen

What if the photo quality is low?Our artists can work with less-than-perfect photos but higher quality leads to a better canvas. If needed, we'll reach out for replacements.
Can I swap faces later?Unfortunately, once the portrait is finalized, we can't swap faces. It's key to choose a photo you're happy with initially.
What if I want a different background? Each theme is unique and set, so background customization isn't offered. Consider our other ocean themes for different vibes.
Is there a digital version of the portrait? No digital versions are provided. We believe in the tactile experience of canvas, though digital previews help in making adjustments.
