It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Encapsulate Romance with Candlelight and Gothic Elegance

Picture this: your favorite couple's photo softly illuminated by the warm glow of candlelight, as their faces take on an aura of mysterious elegance. Our Candlelit Gothic Couple Custom Portrait does exactly that. It transforms your cherished memories into an ethereal masterpiece with rich details that reflect the allure of gothic artistry.

The deep shadows and soft highlights create a moody and intimate atmosphere perfect for expressing a love that thrives in the richness of the unknown. This isn’t just a portrait; it’s a journey into a realm where art meets emotion, uniquely suited for the romantics who crave something deeply personal yet otherworldly.

TL;DR: This Candlelit Gothic Couple Custom Portrait is perfect for those embracing gothic elegance in their love. Great for anniversaries, Valentine's, or a surprise gift for moody romantics.

Which couples bask in gothic candlelight?

This portrait is a soulful choice for couples who cherish the dramatic elegance of the gothic era, enhanced by the chiaroscuro of candlelight. Perfect for those who collect unique art or celebrate milestones in a deeply personal manner. Not ideal for bright, vibrant color fans or those seeking traditional couple photography.

How do we craft your gothic dream?

Your photo kicks off the process, where our proprietary AI technology performs a meticulous face-swap, capturing your likeness within a stunning gothic setting. Our artists refine the image manually, ensuring each detail enhances the romantic gothic motif. About 1 in 12 preliminary designs don't meet our standards and are reworked entirely.

Why is this gothic portrait truly unique?

Unlike standard canvas prints that can be mass-produced, our gothic portraits are singularly unique. Each piece is infused with a personal touch and the theme's availability is limited to ensure exclusivity. It’s not just decorative; it’s a personalized artwork that embodies your unique narrative.
