It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

With our palette of deep crimson and shadowy blacks, every detail is crafted to accentuate the more sinister side of storytelling. Picture your family or pets enveloped in this twilight world—perfect for those who love to explore the unknown.

TL;DR: Capture the mystique of the gothic with a Vampire Castle portrait, ideal for fantasy and horror enthusiasts, or as a striking Halloween or anniversary gift.

Is a Vampire Castle Portrait the Right Fit for You?

Ideal for aficionados of Dracula and gothic horror, this portrait is a sublime gift for fantasy-loving friends or partners looking to immortalize their unique bond in an otherworldly setting. How We Conjure Your Vampire Image

Our process begins with your photo submission, transformed through AI face-swapping technology to the chilling realm of the vampire castle. Artists then retouch each portrait, ensuring every fang and feature is sharply defined on a museum-quality canvas. Anywhere from 1 in 12 images are redone to achieve the ultimate haunting allure.

Why Choose Our Vampire Castle Over a Generic Portrait?

Unlike a generic print, each Vampire Castle portrait is a bespoke creation—ensuring your loved ones are at the center of a story that can't be replicated. After six months, we retire the theme, making your piece truly one-of-a-kind.
