I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Memories with a Floral Whimsy

In a world bursting with bold energy, this whimsical floral portrait offers a gentle touch of elegance and gratitude, transforming a treasured photo into a cherished work of art. Ideal for moments that deserve more than words, it captures the essence of appreciation with a vibrant floral motif that stands out.

The playful florals and gentle hues encapsulate feelings that words often fail to express, making it a perfect piece to celebrate the milestones and people who make life grand. Whether it's for a mentor who guided you, a boss who inspired you, or a coworker who made life easier, this canvas offers a thoughtful way to say 'thank you.'

TL;DR: Capture heartfelt gratitude with a custom whimsical floral portrait canvas. Ideal as a thoughtful thank you gift for mentors, bosses, or coworkers during special occasions like retirements or farewells.

Who can rock this whimsical floral look?

Perfect for mentors, who appreciate artful touches and heartfelt gestures. Ideal for bosses who enjoy a hint of whimsy in their office. Also great for coworkers you're bidding farewell to. Honestly, if they hate flowers, this isn't for them.

How is your unique floral portrait crafted?

Our process begins with your uploaded photo, which undergoes an AI-driven facial transformation, setting the base for our artists. Each piece is then individually refined by our skilled artists and printed on museum-quality canvas. Truth be told, about 1 in 12 portraits are redone if the initial AI rendering doesn't capture the essence we strive for.

How does this floral theme stand out from the rest?

Unlike generic floral prints, each canvas is custom-made, ensuring your photo is the focal point amidst a sea of blooms. We retire each theme after just six months, maintaining its rarity and exclusivity.
