It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Teacher's Legacy into Art

Remember those magical classroom moments with a portrait that captures the essence of a teacher in a serene, storybook watercolor style. Evoking the gentle hues and soft edges of a cherished children's book, this canvas brings your favorite educator into a world of artful tranquility.

Ideal for any occasion, these portraits transform a simple photo into a unique piece that honors the everyday heroes shaping our lives with their passion and patience.

TL;DR: This custom storybook watercolor portrait captures a teacher's warmth and inspiration, perfect for gifts on occasions like retirements or Teacher Appreciation Day.

Which teachers love the storybook style?

Perfect for teachers who inspire creativity and storytelling, ideal for those retiring or celebrating a career milestone. It's particularly cherished by elementary educators who bring storybooks to life for their students. Not the best fit for someone looking for sharp, abstract designs.

How does the storybook portrait process work?

Start by uploading a favorite photo of your teacher. You'll receive a free personalized preview—no payments needed upfront. Once you're delighted with the preview, proceed to select your preferred canvas size and format for the final order.

Why choose a storybook watercolor over standard prints?

The storybook watercolor portrait distinguishes itself with its soft, pastel hues and gentle brushstrokes, creating an art piece that feels both personal and timeless—perfect for capturing the nurturing spirit of an unforgettable teacher.
