Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Dive Into a World of Starfish Crowns and Mermaid Dreams

Imagine your loved one becoming part of an enchanting underwater realm, wearing a delicate starfish crown, as their photo transforms into a little mermaid on canvas. Vivid blues and sea greens create a dreamy underwater palette, making it an ideal gift for those who cherish whimsical tales.

This is a perfect choice for children and dreamers, casting them in a world full of magic and marine wonder. Trust us, land dwellers can't resist its charm!

TL;DR: Our Starfish Crown Little Mermaid canvas turns your loved one's photo into a magical mermaid adventure, ideal for birthdays and imaginative souls.

Who will adore a Starfish Crown Mermaid makeover?

Children who love fairy tales, imaginative women reminiscing their favorite mermaid stories, or anyone charmed by oceanic legends will adore this. However, if mythical themes aren't your vibe, you might prefer something like our Pearl & Oyster Mermaid Custom Portrait.

How does your photo become a starfish-crowned siren?

We begin with a simple photo upload, using advanced AI face-swap technology to integrate your features into a mermaid’s. Our team then adds artistic touches for realism. While 1 in 12 portraits needs redoing due to finicky expressions, we ensure yours captures the magic. Finally, it’s printed on premium canvas, ready for your walls.

What sets this mermaid portrait above sea level?

This isn’t your average canvas art. Being custom-made, each portrait is exclusive to your loved one, with a unique starfish crown scene. Unlike generic prints, this stays rare as we retire themes frequently to maintain individuality.
