I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Shine Bright in a Showtime Dance Portrait

Transform your dancer's photo into a striking Showtime Dance Portrait, where the energy of jazz hands meets the elegance of ballet slippers. Bathed in vibrant spotlight hues, this canvas immortalizes their rhythm and grace.

This isn't just a portrait; it's a celebration of every leap, turn, and tap. Perfect for marking a milestone birthday or recital success, it's a visual encore of their show-stopping talent.

TL;DR: A Showtime Dance Portrait is a vibrant custom canvas for dancers of all ages, immortalizing their recital moment. Ideal for celebrating performances and milestones.

Which dancers dazzle in a Showtime portrait?

This portrait is a hit among young ballet and jazz dancers who thrive under the stage lights. It's also a thoughtful surprise for parents looking to cherish their child's dance achievements. However, it may not be the best fit for those who prefer minimalist art styles.

How do we bring your dancer's move to life?

Simply upload a favorite dance photo to see a free personalized preview. Tweak to perfection, then choose an available format and size at checkout. No commitment required until you're satisfied with the preview.

Why choose our Showtime canvas over others?

Unlike generic dance portraits, this canvas captures the dynamic spectrum of recital lighting and movement, creating a lively stage-like presence. It's not just an artwork but a reflection of your dancer's spirit.
