I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Capture the magic of the sea with our Seahorse Friend Little Mermaid custom portrait, perfect for dreamers and ocean enthusiasts. A stunning gift for those who long for a bit of ocean magic in their lives.

Who will cherish a Seahorse Mermaid portrait?

Our Seahorse Friend Little Mermaid portrait is perfect for little dreamers obsessed with the ocean's mysteries and adults who find solace in its depths. It's not ideal for those who prefer realistic or modern art styles over whimsical fantasy.

How do we craft your underwater fantasy?

The process begins with your photo, which undergoes an AI face-swap to fit the mermaid theme, followed by an artist's refinement ensuring it's perfect. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 creations don't meet our standards and are remade.

How does our mermaid portrait stand out?

Unlike generic prints, this canvas is custom-made, transforming your likeness into a mystical sea creature, while we retire themes regularly, giving your portrait rarity and a personal touch.
