It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Command the Scene as a Noble Rider

Step into a world of chivalry and valor with our Royal Knight on Horseback portrait. Imagine the thrill of donning a historical Knight's armor and taking the reins atop a majestic steed, captured in a timeless masterpiece. The luxurious details of gilt-edged armor and a dramatic cape fluttering in the breeze set against a historical backdrop make this an unforgettable keepsake.

This portrait flatters those with a flair for the dramatic and an appreciation for history's rich tapestries. It's a scene straight from a knightly epic, immortalized on canvas to transport anyone into heroic tales of gallantry and grandeur.

TL;DR: This portrait is perfect for history lovers who dream of stepping into the shoes of a gallant knight, ideal for grand gifts on birthdays and anniversaries.

Who Embraces the Royal Knight Fantasy?

Our Royal Knight on Horseback portrait suits individuals enthralled by medieval history and tales of chivalry. It's popular for milestone birthdays, making retirees and history professors alike feel esteemed. Not so much for minimalists or those disinterested in historical narratives.

How Do We Forge Your Knightly Portrait?

We start with your photo, applying a face-swap via AI for that initial transformation. Our artists then hand-refine each feature to ensure authenticity and historical accuracy. Fun fact: only 1 in 12 AI swaps make it to the canvas stage, guaranteeing a flawless knightly visage. The final piece is printed on a museum-quality canvas for true durability.

What Sets Our Royal Knight Apart?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this portrait is exclusive to you. We retire each theme after just six months, keeping your art rare and personal. Our work transcends simple printing by intricately blending your image with a vividly detailed historical setting, capturing the essence of knighthood.
