It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Your Child Into a Renaissance Explorer

Imagine your young adventurer immortalized in the style of the great masters. Our Renaissance Boy Canvas Portrait captures your child's spirit with exquisite detail. The rich black velvet suit paired with elegant lace ruffs and cuffs elevates the portrait's authenticity, while the thoughtful inclusion of a compass in hand speaks to curiosity and discovery.

The setting: a stately backdrop showcasing sumptuous drapery and a timeless classical landscape. This isn't just a portrait; it's a portal into a world of sophistication, perfect for those who appreciate history's artistic treasures.

TL;DR: This Renaissance Boy Portrait captures your child's likeness as a classical masterpiece—a perfect gift for birthdays or any special occasion.

Why Choose a Renaissance Portrait for Your Child?

Perfect for parents who want to gift a unique piece of art that echoes the past. If your child loves stories of knights and grand adventures or is captivated by classical art, this portrait is a fitting tribute to their interests. Not ideal for families looking for modern, casual artworks.

How Do We Craft This Timeless Art?

Our portraits begin with a simple photo upload. From there, an AI-powered generation creates a base which our skilled artists refine, ensuring only the best quality and likeness. Approximately 1 in 12 AI-generated attempts don't pass our quality checks, maintaining our high standards before printing on museum-quality canvas.

How Does This Stand Out From Other Gifts?

Unlike typical stock prints, each Renaissance Boy Portrait is a one-of-a-kind artwork. We retire each theme after six months so your child's portrait remains exclusive and uniquely theirs. This limited availability sets it apart from more generic offerings.
