I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Moment on a Premium Canvas

There's something undeniably special about turning a cherished photograph into a stunning piece of art. Whether it's a snapshot of your family, a beloved pet, or a moment captured in time, this portrait canvas infuses life and color into your walls.

Our premium canvas boasts vibrant colors and crisp textures, matched with the durability to ensure your memories don't just hang on a wall — they live there, cherished and admired for years to come.

TL;DR: This custom portrait canvas transforms your favorite image into art, perfect for anyone cherishing a special moment, whether it's for anniversaries, birthdays, or just because.

Who Would Love This Custom Canvas Portrait?

This canvas is perfect for individuals who treasure memories and want to see them displayed in vibrant, lasting glory. It's a favorite among those celebrating big events — think milestone anniversaries or the birth of a child. Not ideal for someone seeking a quick or digital-only gift.

How Is Your Portrait Canvas Crafted?

Our process begins with your uploaded photo, which undergoes AI face-swap magic before being passed on to our artists for refined detailing. Each canvas is inspected personally by our head of production, Maya, ensuring every piece meets our top standards. We discard about 1 in 12 generations for not meeting our lock criteria, maintaining the integrity of our art.

Why Choose This Canvas Over Generic Options?

Unlike off-the-shelf canvas prints, this is a one-of-a-kind art piece — your image, crafted with care, and we offer customizable options that competitors simply can't. Plus, the themes are retired after six months, ensuring your art stays rare and unique.
