It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Designed for those who admire the intricacies of musical composition, the portrait brings artistry and personal expression together. With rich textures and lively details, it's a timeless piece that resonates with musicians and music enthusiasts alike.

TL;DR: Our Musician Portrait canvas transforms a special photo into a personalized keepsake with guitar and piano elements, perfect for music lovers celebrating special occasions.

Who hits the right note with our Musician Portrait?

This piece sings to anyone whose life is intertwined with music—your dedicated guitar-strumming uncle or the piano-adoring teacher who's inspired generations. Not so much for those who prefer silence to sonatas.

How do we orchestrate your perfect Musician Portrait?

After you upload your photo, we use AI to seamlessly blend it into musical elements, then our artists refine every note-perfect detail. About 1 in 12 tries don't hit the right chord and get redone. Finally, it's printed on museum-quality canvas.

Why does our Musician Portrait stand out among musical gifts?

Our Musician Portrait isn't a generic print; it's a deeply personal tableau. Each theme is rotated out after just six months, ensuring your piece remains rare and distinctive.
