I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Notes into Art on Canvas

Set against the vibrant backdrop of musical notes and instrument flair, our Musician Portrait captures the unique connection to music that resonates with every strum or key press. This isn’t just art; it’s a celebration of their melodic journey.

Whether it’s the gentle curves of a grand piano or the distinct lines of a vintage guitar, every detail in the portrait speaks to the beauty of their musical passion. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because, this canvas turns cherished memories into artistic masterpieces for every music lover.

TL;DR: Transform a loved one's photo into a unique musician portrait celebrating their passion for guitar or piano. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, and music lovers who appreciate artistic expression.

Who’s Ready to Rock Their Own Look?

This portrait is a dream come true for those who see life as a musical journey. Perfect for guitar enthusiasts, pianists, and anyone who’s touched by the magic of music. If heavy metal isn’t their tune, this may not resonate as deeply.

How's the Music Magic Made?

The journey begins when you upload a cherished photo; our team then uses AI to create a basic composition, which drives our artists to refine each detail and give it life on a museum-quality canvas. About 1 in 12 drafts don’t make the cut to ensure perfection in expression.

Why Choose This Over Your Usual Portrait?

Unlike ubiquitous stock music prints, each piece here is bespoke — capturing the subject’s unique musical nuance alongside their favorite instrument. We keep our themes refreshed every six months to ensure your portrait remains one-of-a-kind.
