It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

If you're looking to immortalize a special moment, our custom portrait offers an artistic touch that turns any photo into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Imagine your loved ones captured in a style tailored to them, forming a striking addition to home or office decor.

Created with cutting-edge technology, these portraits carry a personal touch that's unlike anything else. It's the perfect way to celebrate milestones or simply to surprise someone who cherishes unique, personalized art.

TL;DR: This is a custom portrait crafted for anyone wanting to capture their special moments on a stunning canvas, suited for personal and thoughtful gifting.

Who Embraces the Style Enrichingly?

Consider gifting this portrait to tech-savvy individuals who appreciate the latest innovations in digital art, or for someone looking to make an artistic statement in their home. Those who favor traditional painted portraits might not find this modern approach aligns with their tastes.

How Does -Tech Bring Your Photos to Life?

We start with your uploaded photo, using AI to create a preliminary face-swap which is then meticulously refined by our artists. This process ensures each piece is distinctive, discarding about 1 in 12 generations that don’t meet our quality standards. We finish with a museum-quality canvas, overseen by our production lead, Maya.

What's the Difference in Custom Portraits?

Unlike generic mass-produced prints, our portrait combines AI with human artistry to produce a truly bespoke piece. The integration of technology ensures that each creation retains a personal touch, unlike anything you'd find in generic canvas art.
