It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crafted to Perfection: Our Canvas Portrait Process

Starting with your upload, our advanced AI performs a detailed face swap. Artists refine every detail, ensuring the subject's essence shines. Our quality control is tough—about 1 in 12 failed generations get tossed. Finally, we print on museum-quality canvas, thanks to our seasoned head of production, Maya, confirming each meets our standards.

What Sets Our Canvas Portraits Apart from Generic Alternatives?

This isn't a simple print—each photo gets its own artistic soul. Unlike generic canvases, no two portraits are alike, thanks to our retiring themes to maintain exclusivity. It's more than decor; it's a treasured keepsake, personally yours.
