I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform a Photo into Striking Canvas Art

Imagine capturing that one special face, turning it into a work of art highlighted by sleek lines and rich texture. Our '' canvas is tailored for those intimate moments when a single visage steals the spotlight.

Fitting perfectly into modern minimalist decor, this high-quality canvas showcases your chosen photo with sharp detail and vivid colors, providing a striking visual accent in any setting.

TL;DR: A striking, personalized canvas focused on a single face. Ideal for intimate gifts to celebrate life's focused moments.

Is this canvas for my minimalist art collection?

This portrait canvas is perfect for those who adore minimalism and want to spotlight a specific individual, perhaps an artist or photographer who sees the beauty in simplicity. It's not ideal for those looking for complex narratives with multiple subjects.

Curious about the artistry process?

Every piece begins with your photo upload. We use AI to frame and enhance that single face. Our artists then refine each detail to ensure quality before it's printed on premium museum-quality canvas. Roughly 1 in 12 faces don't meet our standard and are remade, ensuring only the best results are shipped.

Why is this more than a standard print?

This isn't just a one-size-fits-all canvas. Unlike generic prints, our focus remains unshifted. We retire themes promptly to keep each piece distinct and personal — yours will stay unique as trends evolve.
