It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Should Consider a Personal Canvas?

This portrait canvas is perfect for sentimental individuals or couples celebrating significant anniversaries, personal milestones, or simply looking to personalize their living space. It's not just for anyone — if your recipient prefers digital art or abstract forms, you might want to consider something like our Superhero Woman Portrait instead.

Crafting Your Custom Photo Canvas

Our process starts with your photo, which is enhanced with AI to craft a detailed face-swap on your chosen canvas theme. After this initial creation, our artists meticulously refine the piece, ensuring every detail is perfect before printing on a museum-quality canvas. It's not uncommon for us to discard about 1 in 12 generations if it fails to capture the subject's likeness accurately.

Why Choose Our Custom Canvas Over Generic Prints?

What sets our custom photo canvas apart is its one-of-a-kind nature. Unlike generic stock prints, each piece is a unique work of art based on your personal photo. We also retire designs after limited release periods to maintain their exclusivity, ensuring your piece remains special and rare.
