I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Memories on a Custom Canvas

Your favorite memories deserve more than just a frame — turn them into an artwork that tells a story. With our custom photo canvas, each piece is crafted to highlight the emotion captured in that moment.

Whether it's a portrait of your family, a beloved pet, or a special place, our museum-quality canvas transforms it into a stunning display that speaks to the heart.

TL;DR: Turn your cherished photo into a stunning canvas artwork, perfect for gifting on birthdays, anniversaries, or any occasion where memories matter most.

Who cherishes a photo canvas portrait?

This portrait is perfect for anyone wanting to immortalize a special moment — from couples celebrating their first home to pet owners wishing to capture their furry friends in art. However, it's not ideal for those preferring abstract or purely decorative pieces without personal significance.

How is a custom canvas portrait made?

Our process starts with your photo, followed by AI-assisted face-swap technology to ensure accuracy. Then a skilled artist refines the details before printing on premium canvas. We discard about 1 in 12 generations to maintain the highest quality, ensuring each piece is just right.

What sets this custom canvas apart?

Unlike generic photo prints, this canvas is custom-made for you — ensuring a truly one-of-a-kind artwork. We retire themes periodically to maintain their exclusivity, so your piece remains special.
