US orders ship in 5–7 business days from order confirmation; EU and UK customers typically see delivery in 7–14 business days depending on customs clearance. Canvas portraits are packed flat in rigid mailers with corner protectors — we switched to this packaging in January 2025 after a rough Q4 2024 where we had too many bent corners on rolled shipments. If anything arrives damaged or you're not satisfied with the likeness within 60 days of delivery, contact us and we'll reprint or refund — no hoop-jumping. To care for the canvas: keep it out of direct sunlight over long periods and wipe dust with a dry microfiber cloth. Don't use liquid cleaners; the canvas absorbs them and it's not recoverable.
