It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

The deep hues of twilight and shimmering fairy dust set the perfect backdrop for those who dream beyond the ordinary. The ethereal feel of this portrait brings a touch of fantasy that suits the imaginative soul.

If your home needs a dash of enchantment or you're gifting someone who cherishes fairytales, this canvas is your ticket to whimsy. It's not just a portrait; it's like opening a portal to an otherworldly realm.

TL;DR: A stunning gift for anyone who revels in fantasy and fairytales. Ideal for birthdays, Mother’s Day, or to surprise someone who deserves a touch of magic in their lives.

Who Will Fall in Love with a Fairy Enchantress Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for lovers of mythology and fantasy, especially those whose eyes light up at animated movies or fairy-lit gardens. Mothers and daughters often treasure this style, finding joy in art that mirrors their storytelling dreams. It may not resonate as much with someone who leans towards minimalist or abstract art styles.

What Mystical Processes Create This Portrait?

We start with your uploaded photo, seamlessly transforming it into a fairy-world masterpiece using advanced AI face-swap technology, followed by careful artist refinements to enhance mystical details. Our head of production, Maya, notes that in 1 out of every 12 cases, we redo pieces to achieve that perfect fairy glow.

How Does This Canvas Stand Out?

Unlike generic fairy prints, these bespoke portraits use your face as the canvas — ensuring a one-of-a-kind piece. Our commitment to limited-edition themes keeps your fairy enchantress portrait as rare and mystical as the day you receive it.
