It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is the Dino Parade Portrait Right for Your Child?

Perfect for the young paleontologist in your family or anyone who adores dinosaurs bursting with color and life. Our Dino Parade Portrait is especially popular as a birthday gift for kids aged 4 to 12. Not quite the right fit if your recipient prefers modern minimalist styles over playful prehistoric designs.

How Do We Create Your Dino Parade Masterpiece?

Upload a favorite photo and watch it transform through our seamless AI process into a delightful parade leader—head of production Maya Chen believes we discard 1 in 12 generated portraits, ensuring that only the best quality reaches you. Once your portrait is perfected, it's hand-finished on museum-quality canvas.

Why Choose Our Dino Adventure?

Unlike generic dinosaur prints, each Dino Parade Portrait offers a personalized experience. The unique design ensures your loved one is the star of a brilliant cavalcade of vibrant dinosaurs, crafted exclusively and unavailable in mass-market stores.
