US customers typically see delivery in 5-7 business days from ship date; EU orders run 7-14 days depending on customs clearance, which is outside our control but rarely adds more than two or three days in practice. The canvas itself: keep it out of direct sunlight for extended periods (the UV coating helps, but physics still wins eventually), wipe dust with a dry microfiber cloth rather than anything wet, and don't store it face-down.
