How it's made

You upload a clear photo of your pet (straight-on angle works best — more on that in the FAQs). Canvas ships rolled or stretched depending on size — larger formats ship stretched and ready to hang, smaller ones may include hanging hardware. US orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days; EU customers should expect 7–14 days depending on customs. We cover production time separately from shipping, so budget an extra 2–3 business days for us to make it before it leaves the building. If something's wrong — wrong pet, bad print quality, damaged in transit — our 60-day satisfaction policy covers a reprint or full refund, no hoops. We've processed returns where the customer uploaded the wrong photo by accident (happens more than you'd think, especially around Christmas), and we just remake it.
