We reject about 1 in 12 drafts internally before it ever reaches a proof stage — usually because the snout proportions skew or the eyes lose their distinctiveness. The approved artwork then goes to print on 400gsm artist-grade canvas with UV-resistant inks, stretched over a solid pine frame. For care: keep it out of direct sunlight if possible (the UV inks are resistant, not immortal), and wipe dust off with a dry microfiber cloth. Don't use cleaning sprays. If your portrait arrives damaged or the likeness is off in a way that bothers you, contact us within 60 days and we'll reprint or refund — no interrogation, no restocking fee.
