How it's made

You upload a photo, our system does an initial AI-assisted face-extraction to isolate your dog's features — snout, eye shape, coloring, the particular way their ears sit — and places them into the cowboy template. That step alone gets rejected about 1 in 12 times internally, usually because the face geometry didn't map cleanly or the lighting in the source photo created weird shadow artifacts. The ones that pass go to our artist review queue, where a human checks proportions, fur texture, and color accuracy against your original. They adjust manually in Photoshop — sometimes that's a 10-minute touch, sometimes it's an hour of work on a dog with unusual brindle patterning or a white blaze across the nose. Once approved, it prints on 400gsm gallery-wrapped canvas with archival inks, gets a protective coating, and ships. The whole process from order to dispatch is typically 3-5 business days before carrier transit begins.
