I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Wrap Yourself in Velvet Royalty

Transform into a vision of timeless elegance with the Custom Royal Woman Portrait. Draped in a regal velvet cloak, you're captured amidst candlelit gothic arches, evoking a sense of historical grandeur.

Perfect for those who exude grace or dare to explore their majestic side, this portrait uses art and AI to create a stunning one-of-a-kind keepsake.

TL;DR: A personalized portrait for women in sumptuous velvet, capturing royal elegance perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or celebrating personal milestones.

What kind of woman shines in royal portraits?

This portrait is a fantastic gift for anyone channeling their inner noblewoman. It's perfect for mothers on Mother's Day or women celebrating a milestone. Not so much for those who dislike elaborate themes or historical aesthetics.

How does your face become royal?

Upload a photo, and our AI swaps your face into a precisely crafted royal template. Our portrait technology coupled with artist refinement ensures accuracy, though about 1 in 12 drafts don't meet our standards. Completed on a museum-quality canvas for a stunning finish.

Why is a velvet cloak portrait unique?

Unlike generic prints, each portrays you as a royal, complete with a luscious velvet cloak and gothic architectural backdrop. Limited edition themes ensure exclusivity. This isn't just print; it's a bespoke art piece.
