How it's made

You upload a photo — front-facing, reasonably lit works best, but we'll tell you upfront if we can't work with what you sent. From there, our system runs the image through an AI face-extraction layer that maps facial geometry: eye spacing, jaw line, skin tone, the details that make a portrait actually look like the person. That output goes to a generation model trained on regal portraiture, which produces multiple style variations. Here's the part most competitors don't mention: we reject about 1 in 12 of those generations internally before a human artist ever sees them, because if the face doesn't lock at that stage, artist refinement can only do so much. US orders ship in 5–7 business days; EU and UK customers should expect 7–14 business days depending on customs. Canvas arrives in protective packaging — we've had very few in-transit damage claims, but if yours arrives with any issue, email us a photo within 60 days and we'll reprint and reship at no cost, no argument. The canvas itself: don't hang it in direct sunlight long-term (UV inks help, but they're not magic), wipe dust with a dry microfiber cloth, and avoid humidity above 70% — so, probably not the bathroom wall.
