I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Can This Royal Portrait Elevate Her Style?

This portrait is a fitting gift for wives or girlfriends who appreciate royal elegance or self-proclaimed queens. It's especially popular among daughters or granddaughters wanting to give something special to their moms or grandmothers. If she's a rebellious spirit more into modern art, this might not be her cup of tea.

How Do We Craft Your Queen’s Portrait?

We start with your photo, using an AI to create a draft face-swap before a skilled artist meticulously refines it. Only our best passes make it through — we discard about 1 in every 12 generations. Each work is printed on a premium museum-quality canvas, ensuring a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

How Does Our Royal Portrait Stand Out?

Unlike generic portraits, this is crafted with individual artistry. The portrait is yours alone, making it a unique keepsake you'll find nowhere else. The theme retires after six months, ensuring exclusivity and rarity.
