I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into Her Majesty's Gown

Picture your photo transformed into a majestic royal portrait: an opulent gown envelops you, backdropped by resplendent chandeliers and a luminous cityscape — conveying the unmistakable aura of regal poise.

This is more than a portrait; it's your personal summit of grace captured in a museum-quality canvas. Crown yourself or gift this symbol of stature and sophistication to someone special.

TL;DR: The Custom Royal Portrait for Women captures you in elegance, ideal for those celebrating milestones or who cherish sophistication — not for tomboys or minimalists.

Which women wear the crown effortlessly?

This portrait shines best for women celebrating major milestones like anniversaries, birthdays, or career achievements. It’s perfect for those who have a taste for luxury and appreciate the finer things. Honestly, it’s not a fit for those who shy away from grand displays of elegance.

Crafting Your Majestic Canvas Experience

Upload your chosen photo, and we employ advanced AI to create an initial face-swap before our artists refine the image into a royal masterpiece. Our head of production, Maya Chen, insists on discarding about 1 in 12 images so only the finest grace our canvases.

Why this royal portrait reigns supreme

Unlike off-the-shelf portraits or stock images, each canvas is a unique masterpiece featuring your image, offering an exclusive royal experience with themes refreshed biannually to maintain their unique luster.
