I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Grant Your Family a Royal Stature in Canvas

Step into a world of opulence with our custom Royal Family Portrait, where your loved ones are captured amidst the grandeur of castle walls and golden hues of sunset. Perfect for those whose family stories deserve a touch of royalty, our portraits combine the enduring elegance of classical columns with your unique family heritage.

Whether you’re commemorating a family reunion or celebrating an anniversary, this portrait transforms a cherished family photo into a timeless masterpiece. Bask in the refined sophistication only royal attire and castle architecture can bestow.

TL;DR: A custom royal family portrait perfect for showcasing your family’s grandeur at reunions or anniversaries, designed with regal attire against a majestic castle backdrop.

Which families truly fit the royal canvas scene?

This is perfect for families with a taste for elegance and those celebrating milestones like anniversaries or reunions. If your style leans more toward modern minimalism, you might find our Regal Pearl & Glamour option more aligned.

How does our royal portrait come to life?

We begin with your cherished family photo, run it through a sophisticated AI to adjust faces into royal scenarios, and finish with expert artist refinements for a museum-quality canvas. Our head of production, Maya Chen, personally oversees quality, ensuring approximately 1 in 12 images are enhanced multiple times for perfect alignment.

Why choose our royalty theme over others?

Unlike typical family canvas prints, our portraits capture your unique family essence against a limited-edition castle theme — a canvas that echoes royalty and one that is not reproduced after six months for exclusivity.
