It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Elevate Your Pet’s Status: Royal Portraits

Transform your beloved pet into the epitome of royalty with our Custom Royal Dog Portrait. Perfect for those who believe their pet deserves nothing less than a throne, this canvas features a golden crown, plush robes, and an opulent throne setting that's right out of a fairytale.

Each portrait captures the noble essence and everyday playfulness of your furry monarch, making it more than just a piece of art—it's a celebration of their personality. Set in a lush color palette worthy of a royal chamber, let your dog take its rightful place on the wall as the king or queen of your heart.

TL;DR: Capture your dog's regal essence with a custom royal portrait. Perfect for dedicated pet parents who see their fur baby as true royalty.

Is This Portrait Right for Your Pup?

This portrait is tailor-made for pet owners who see their dogs as nobility—think queens and kings of the canine world. Perfect for those celebrating a pet birthday or simply wishing to add a touch of majesty to their home. If your pooch prefers a more adventurous style, you might want to look into the Royal Desert Canvas instead.

How Is Your Royal Pup Portrait Created?

We start by taking the uploaded photo of your pet and initiating an AI transformation to fit our royal theme, complete with crown and throne. To ensure quality, our artists refine each portrait, discarding about 1 in 12 generations if the face doesn’t align correctly. The final masterpiece is printed on museum-quality canvas, ready to grace any wall.

What Sets Our Royal Portraits Apart?

Unlike generic pet portraits, this bespoke artwork ensures your dog's likeness is paired with exclusive and retiring royal themes, avoiding the cookie-cutter pitfalls of common prints. It's a one-of-a-kind piece envisioned just for your majestic furry companion.
