How it's made

You upload a photo — ideally well-lit, front-facing, at least 1MB — and our system runs it through an AI face-generation pipeline that maps your subject's facial geometry onto the confirmation portrait template. That part's fast, but it's not the whole story. We actually discard about 1 in 12 generations at this stage because the face geometry doesn't lock cleanly enough; the mouth, eyes, or jaw drifts, and we won't send that to refinement. Once we have a clean base, our production artists go in manually — adjusting skin tone, correcting lighting consistency, sharpening the eyes, which is where most of the realism lives. The final image is printed with archival pigment inks on a genuine museum-grade canvas and hand-stretched over a solid wood frame. If anything's off with your order — wrong face, wrong size, damaged in transit — we have a 60-day satisfaction policy and we'll reprint or refund, no forms to fill out, just email us with a photo of the issue.
