It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is This Pixar Canvas Right for Your Family Photos?

This Pixar canvas is tailor-made for families with young children who adore animated films and colorful imagery. It’s a fantastic gift for new parents looking to capture familial warmth in a unique artwork. However, if you prefer traditional portrait styles, this might not be for you.

How Does a Photo Become Pixar Magic?

Your photo begins a creative transformation with our proprietary AI, which swaps faces into Pixar-inspired art. Our talented artists then meticulously refine these to ensure each smile and eye sparkles with Pixar's characteristic charm. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures about 1 in 10 initial designs are enhanced for perfection. The final product is printed on a museum-quality canvas that ensures vibrant storytelling.

What Sets Our Pixar Portrait Apart From Others?

Unlike generic printed canvases, our Pixar-style portraits are unique reimaginings that are retired after just six months to maintain exclusivity. It isn't just a face swap—it's capturing your family's exuberance in a way that's never replicated in the exact same way.

Ofte stillede spørgsmål

Can I use an old family photo?Absolutely! As long as the photo is clear and the subjects are prominently visible, we can transform it into a Pixar-style canvas.
What if the photo quality is low?Our AI can work with less-than-perfect photos, but sharp, well-lit images result in the best portrait.
Are there any restrictions on uploaded photos?Photos need to clearly show faces. Blurry or obscured images might not translate well into a Pixar-style work.
Can I change the characters’ facial expressions post-upload?Our process doesn't allow for changes after generation, but our artists will refine and ensure the best representation before printing.
Are all family members included? We typically focus on up to six faces, balancing detail and style in each piece.
Kan jeg se en forhåndsvisning før køb?

Ja. Upload dine fotos, og lav en gratis forhåndsvisning på denne side, før du beslutter dig for at bestille. Det kræver ingen betaling at lave forhåndsvisningen.
