I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

The memories of a beloved pet are irreplaceable. With our Preserve Expression Custom Portrait, capture the essence of your furry friend forever. Set in a design that cherishes their unique markings and personality, this isn't just a portrait — it's a celebration of their life.

The warm tones and lifelike details in the artwork honor the joy and companionship that pets bring. Designed to reflect a connection that transcends words, it's more than decor; it's a tribute.

TL;DR: This custom canvas is perfect for pet lovers seeking to commemorate a lost furry friend, capturing their unique expression for a lasting tribute.

Who Cherishes a Pet Memorial Portrait?

This portrait is ideal for pet parents who've recently lost their pet, capturing a personal moment of companionship. It's a meaningful gift for individuals who find solace in keeping their pet's memory close. However, if your pet wasn't a significant part of your daily life, this might not resonate as deeply.

How We Bring Your Pet's Memory to Life

We begin with the photo you provide, processed through our AI for an initial layout. Our artists refine the details to ensure every nuance of your pet's expression shines. Canvas production wraps it up. We meticulously discard about 1 in 12 AI generations to ensure the perfect outcome.

Why Choose This Pet Portrait Over Generic Alternatives?

Unlike generic pet canvases, this piece is a one-of-a-kind tribute designed specifically for pet memorials. Each theme is retired after six months, ensuring exclusivity and meaningfulness. Our blend of AI detail and human artistry results in an unparalleled tribute to your pet’s unique spirit.
