It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

A Celestial Tribute for Your Beloved Pet

Amidst the twinkling stars and peaceful blue swirls, remember your furry friend with a portrait that captures their spirit in the vastness of the universe. The galaxy motif offers a sense of serenity and timelessness, wrapping your pet in an ethereal embrace that celebrates their life.

This canvas is more than a picture; it's a celestial keepsake that honors the joy they brought to your life. Pets drift among delicate flowers and comforting skies, offering solace in a difficult time.

TL;DR: Capture your dog's spirit on a serene galaxy canvas, ideal for pet parents creating a lasting memorial of a beloved companion lost.

Is this memorial dog portrait right for you?

Ideal for those who find comfort in the cosmos, this is perfect for pet parents looking to celebrate the life of their loyal companion. If you love celestial themes and want a serene keepsake, this is it. However, if you prefer vibrant earth scenes, our Jungle Cat Portrait might be more your style.

What makes each galaxy portrait unique?

We start with your uploaded photo, blending AI face-swap technology with an artist's refined touch to ensure that your pet's likeness is perfect. The final image is printed on a museum-quality canvas. Fact: we discard about 1 in 12 generations when the stars don't align.

Why choose this over other memorial canvases?

Unlike generic pet memorial canvases, each galaxy portrait is a one-of-a-kind tribute; we retire the theme every six months to maintain exclusivity. The celestial design wraps your pet in a serene setting, unlike any basic photo frame could.
