It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who's Climbed for This Mountain Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for women who crave the crisp mountain air and have an adventurous soul. Is she an avid hiker, skier, or simply someone who appreciates the serene beauty of the peaks? Then this canvas is her perfect match. However, if she's more of a beach person, our Serene Canvas might appeal more to her softer side.

From Mountain Photo to Masterpiece Canvas

We begin with your photo, running it through an AI that expertly blends her likeness with the chosen mountain backdrop. Our artists then hand-refine every image, ensuring the peaks and shadows merge flawlessly with her smile. We discard about 1 in 12 initial drafts to ensure only the best fit passes onto our museum-quality canvas.

Why Choose This Mountain Portrait Over Others?

Unlike generic prints, our Mountain Woman Portraits are exclusive to her. Besides harnessing premium materials, this portrait retires after six months, preserving her one-of-a-kind piece from oversaturation. Explore a uniquely personal gift that celebrates her love for the high places.
