US orders ship in 5–7 business days; EU and international orders run 7–14 days depending on customs — we can't fully control that last part, and we'd rather be honest about it than promise something we can't guarantee. The canvas itself needs almost nothing: wipe dust with a dry microfiber cloth, keep it out of direct sustained sunlight if you want the colors crisp in 10 years, and don't hang it somewhere with major humidity swings (steamy bathrooms are a bad idea, basically). If anything's wrong — wrong likeness, damaged in shipping, you just hate how it turned out — we have a 60-day satisfaction policy. Email us, send a photo of the issue, and we'll reprint or refund.
