The canvas itself needs almost no maintenance — just don't hang it in direct sunlight for hours a day, and wipe dust with a dry microfiber cloth rather than anything wet. Our 60-day satisfaction policy covers fading, printing defects, and cases where the likeness is significantly off due to a production error on our end. If you submitted a blurry photo and the portrait came out blurry, we'll still work with you, but we may ask for a better source image for the reprint.
