I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Their Spirit in Serene Watercolors

Our Custom Memorial Pet Dog Portraits are designed with serene watercolor elements, creating a soothing and heartfelt tribute to your beloved companion. Imagine lush garden settings with gentle waterfalls—visuals that symbolize peace and eternity for your pet.

Each piece is uniquely crafted to immortalize your furry friend, offering solace and beautiful memories to pet parents everywhere.

TL;DR: Honor your pet with a custom memorial watercolor portrait, perfect for dog lovers seeking a serene tribute to their best friend.

Is this memorial portrait the right fit for your cherished pet?

This portrait is for dog owners who have recently lost a beloved pet and wish to remember them in a warm, comforting way. It's ideal for those who appreciate artful, serene settings with garden elements. However, if you're seeking something more vibrant or animated, the Whimsical Cat Angel canvas might suit your taste better.

Creating each unique watercolor pet tribute.

Begin by uploading your favorite photo of your dog. Our software performs an initial AI face-swap, which our artists then refine by hand to maintain your pet's unique character. Around 1 in 12 initial attempts are discarded to ensure only the most perfect tributes reach you, before being printed on museum-quality watercolor canvas.

What sets our memorial dog portraits apart?

Unlike generic dog portraits, each of our memorial paintings is a true one-of-a-kind piece, offering personal elements tailored to your dog's personality. We retire themes every six months, making each piece as unique as your memories.
